I recently purchased an original Konica developer unit from this seller, and while the service and delivery were impeccable, unfortunately, the product itself fell short of expectations. Upon installation, I encountered printing issues, including inconsistent print quality and missed spots. After consulting with a technician, it was discovered that the developer unit lacked sufficient developer powder. However, the seller redeemed themselves with their excellent correspondence and timely delivery. To resolve the issue, I sourced developer powder from another seller and refilled the unit myself, which ultimately fixed the printing problem. While the product itself was disappointing, the seller's commitment to customer satisfaction and support deserve commendation.
